A Crystal Cove portrait session! When Honeybee inquired about a portrait session I was over the moon and so excited to work with her. When discussing details for the shoot she wanted somewhere she had formed a lot of loving memories and that was Crystal Cove. Its located in the heart of Newport Beach. With beautiful cliffs and tidepools, you can see why this makes a stunning location for photoshoots. The beautiful rock formations add lots of interest to the background of the photos and the sand is a great natural reflector for getting the perfect lighting.
While preparing for this shoot we went back and forth discussing clothing options as well as certain poses she would want. Communication between a photographer and a client is key to having a beautiful shoot. This insured that she got the images she wanted and helped me to do my best work. Overall this was a dream session and I cannot wait to do more at this location!
